My PhD research is examining how workplace politics are different for women.

After years of writing and teaching on office politics, I had no shortage of opinions on the subject but no empirical evidence to back them up and hence my research.
The findings that have already emerged from my literature review and initial data collection are fascinating and will form the basis of my second book.

I am now hosting exclusive sessions of 2 hours a month, with very senior women around the world to discuss my insights, and to give them a chance to share their perspectives and experiences.
